work life balance :: my latest running joke
I was reminded last night that it's "church of bike" not "church of heart rate monitor" as I succumbed to realizing I have perfected the one hour road ride. Here's to being a Caltrain commuter, working nine hour days and "racing" Downieville this weekend.

good start. I like the color scheme and the blog name. For some reason your caltrain link doesn't work. I think u'll have to brush up on your html ;-)
it's a template, not done with it yet. i'm working on the links... i think blogger messed it up...
